I just heard this on the news, and I was like WTF??? Luckily no one was hurt, but the fact that these people don't mind doing this as many times as necessary is scary.

Hmm, Has anyone heard of High Hizzle, he told me he was gonna be a London for sometime then head off to Bosnia/Croatia. I think he was around there at the time for the first 3 London explosions, or this one. Hope dude is alright.
