Anyone with Gmail having problems getting emails from hotmail accounts?

Someones been trying to email me today from a hotmail.com account to my gmail.com account and I havent been getting any of them, but Ive been getting emails from other email providers no problem.

Has hotmail started blocking emails sent to Gmail? I know they now try to block gmail invitations sent to hotmail users, but have they taken it one step further?!

Did you check your Junk box? could be there... else they might've blocked gmail mail

i just emailed myself from my Hotmail to Gmail, i've given it a couple mins & it hasn't shown up :/
